Former Palais de Dance, Albert Street, Derby

The former Corn Exchange building was built in 1862. In 1897 it became the Palace Theatre of Varieties. It was closed in 1914. After the end of the war it reopened as the Palais de Danse. In 1929 the Derby Evening Telegraph took over the building to use as offices and renamed it Northcliffe House.
