Garvin House, Isleworth, Greater London

Garvin House in Twickenham Road dates from around 1700. It is a substantial house built from brown brick with red brick dressings. It has a Blue Plaque to Vincent Van Gogh. He taught here in 1876 when it was a preparatory school and is thought to have lodged in a small second floor bedroom.
