Grand Hotel, Swainson Street, Hartlepool
This hotel is dated 1899 on a plaque above the Victoria Road entrance. It was designed by J. Garry and built from red engineering brick with terracotta decoration. Hartlepool has several impressive hotels built for tourists and business people.
