Kearsley Mill, Crompton Street, Kearsley, Greater Manchester

This cotton spinning mill was built in 1904-1908 for the Kearsley Spinning Company. It is a near complete example of an early 20th century spinning mill designed specifically to be powered by electricity generated on site, by steam turbine generators.
