Kenilworth Castle, Kenilworth, Warwickshire

Horse-drawn carriages arrive outside Leicester's Gatehouse during the Prince of Wales' visit to Kenilworth Castle in 1903. A small crowd has gathered, mainly women with prams. This collotype print was created by James Valentine and Sons Limited and is likely to have been a copy made from an original photograph by the company. The date of this print has been confirmed from other surviving reproductions of this image. This property is now in the care of English Heritage (2013).
