Latham's Hospital, Oundle, Northamptonshire

This building was built as almshouses. They were founded by a Parson Latham with a deed dated 15th May 1611. To stay in them there were certain criteria people had to meet. 'The full number of almspeople shall be not less than 8 and not more than 12. They shall be poor widows or spinsters of not less than 50 years of age'.
