Main Hall, Corn Exchange, Call Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire

Today this hall is a shopping centre, but it was built for the trading of corn and displaying of samples. The iron, glass and timber roof is designed to maximise the amount of natural light that was available. The doorways now lead into shops, but were originally offices.
