No's 1-8 Hugh Street, Hugh Town, St Marys, Isles of Scilly

This terrace of 8 houses and a shop were built in c1926. They were built by Richardson and Gill for the Duchy of Cornwall. They are built in a neo-georgian style of architecture. They were designed with flat roofs to help protect against Scilly windstorms. They are a fine example of Richardson and Gill's work for the Duchy of Cornwall estate on Scilly.
