Number 33 Palmeira Mansions, Church Road, Hove, Brighton and Hove

The house stands at the end of a terrace and dates from 1883-4. The facade is identical to the other end of the terrace. The architect was H.J.Lanchester and the builder Jabez Reynolds Jnr. Little is known of the original owner but he is thought to have been a millionaire who made his money from the manufacture of ink.
