Old Grammar School, Kings Norton, West Midlands

This striking timber framed structure was probably built as the priest's house to St Nicholas's Church in the early 15th century. It then bacame a school, one of the school's most famous headmasters was Thomas Hall, a puritanical protestant working amongst Royalists at the time of the Civil War. It fell into disrepair before a major restoration project was started in 2004.
