Pound at Junction of Chapel Road, Priory Road, Wrentham, Suffolk

This circular red brick wall was built somewhere between the late 18th and early 19th centuries. One purpose of this structure was to hold stray animals. A surviving circular pound is a rarity, one other survives at Blundeston near Lowestoft.
