Queen Alexandra's House, Kensington Gore, Westminster, Greater London

It was built in 1884 as a student hostel for 100 women students at the Royal Colleges of Music, Art and Science. It was designed by C.P Clarke and R. Down in a free Queen Anne revival style in a prominent location next to the Royal Albert Hall. It is still in use as student accommodation (2010).
