Rievaulx Abbey, Rievaulx, Ryedale, North Yorkshire
A view eastwards along the chancel of the church at the Cistercian monastery of Rievaulx Abbey in the Yorkshire Wolds. The monastery was founded in the 12th century and abandoned during the Dissolution of the Monasteries. This site is now in the care of English Heritage (2010).
