Royal Albert Bridge, Saltash, Cornwall
This bowstring tubular plate girder railway bridge over the River Tamar connects Devonport to Saltash - Devon to Cornwall! Built by the engineer I K Brunel, work began on the bridge in 1848 and was completed in 1859.
