Royal Albert Bridge, Saltash, Cornwall

Renewal of one of the girders of the Royal Albert Bridge in July 1928, using a specially-engineered mobile adjustable hoist to lower the girder into place. The rail bridge was designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel and was completed in 1859.
