Selby College, Selby, North Yorkshire

This building was originally built for the Selby Rifle Volunteers. It was used as an armoury and Drill Hall. It was designed by Edward Taylor of York and built by John Adams of Selby. The site was given by Lord Londesborough. He laid the foundation stone on 21 May 1864, and opened the building on 17 February 1865.
