Sibsey Trader Windmill, Sibsey, Lincolnshire

Sibsey mill is a tower mill that replaced an earlier post mill. The mill has six sails and was built in 1877 by Sanderson and Son of Louth. The mill worked using wind power up to 1954. Engine driven mill stones were added in the late 20th century. The mill was restored to working order in 1981. It is scheduled, listed and in the care of English Heritage (2011).
