St Andrew's Hospital, Yarmouth Road, Thorpe St Andrew, Norfolk

This building was originally the Norfolk County Asylum. It was built in 1811-14, by Francis Stone, the county surveyor. It was for people with mental health problems. At this time people with these problems were called lunatics and this was known as a lunatic asylum.
