St Paul's Cathedral, St Paul's Churchyard, City of London, Greater London

A view looking across the Thames towards St Paul's Cathedral. The original cathedral was founded 604 AD however it was destroyed by fire in 1087. Its replacement was completed in 1175 and again destroyed by fire in 1666 (The Great Fire of London). The present cathedral was designed by Christopher Wren and opened in 1711.
