Stonefield House, Newcastle Road, Stone, Staffordshire

This house was initially built in 1780 and had alterations to it in the early 19th century. The house was probably built in connection with the Trent and Mersey Canal, which runs to rear of the house. This is why there is a warehouse and wharf at the back of the house.
