Sunpark, Higher Brixham, Torbay
This is an almost perfectly preserved example of a 'Modern Movement' house of the 1930s. It still has its original Art Deco features. It was designed in 1935 by Melville H Aubin. It is based on a Daily Mail Ideal Home Exhibition House. Other similar houses were planned for this area, but this was the only one built.
