Synagogue, Catherine Street, Plymouth

This synagogue was founded in 1762. The interior is virtually complete as it was in the 18th century. It has a latticed women's gallery with thin iron columns. This is the oldest English Ashkenazi synagogue and is more complete than any other synagogue in England.
