The Galleon, Quay Street, Looe, Cornwall

This 17th century town house has also been used as a pilchard pressing house. The living acommodation is on the first floor over a former fish cellar that was later used as storage for fishing nets. This is a very common type of house in the coastal villages and towns in the South West.
