The Priest's house, Mucheleney, Somerset

This house is first mentioned 1308. In 1608 it was said to be "ruinous'. It was used by the vicar or curate until c1840. It has also been used as a school. In the late 19th century it was rented by a farmer. It was acquired by the National Trust in 1911.
