Thimleby Almshouses, Swinstead Road, Irnham, Lincolnshire
These almshouses were built in 1712. They have the inscription "The Gift of John Thimleby Esqr 1712". John Thimleby, buried at Irnham Church in 1712, was the last of his line at Irnham Hall. Sir Richard de Thimbleby was the first in 1510.
