Worcester Park, Ewall, Surrey

This house was built in 1937 by Connall, Ward and Lucas. It is in the Modern Movement style of architecture. The building was designed as a 4-bedroom family house which could readily be converted into two 2-bedroom flats (one on each floor) as family size reduced. Connall, Ward and Lucas were one of the foremost British architectural firms of the period.
