Description

The photographer has noted on the back of the print: 'No 34. Designed by Wren. The body of the church was demolished in 1871. Several of the pinnacles were broken during the 1939 - 45 war. Restored some time before 1961. The steeple of St Benet's Welsh Church in distance'.

Goodman Brothers were a skin merchants based at 208 Upper Thames Street. The building has since been demolished.
