Description

St Laurence's Church has 28 misericords, dating from the late 14th and mid-15th centuries. This misericord is in the thirteenth stall from the east on the north side, and dates from 1435. The falcon and fetterlock is the badge of Richard Duke of York, and a symbol of the House of York.
