Description

The arch dates from the 14th century. The outer orders of continuous chevron are enclosed by a roll moulding with 27 beakheads clasping it. These beakheads are in the design of human and animal heads, human hands, a strap, a figure, and traditional beaks. On the outer edge of the arch is a narrow band of leaves.
