Description

The album entry reads "Clock Tower. Over splay corner and viewed from flat roof. Height 47ft 9in above parapet. Clock 9ft x 9ft. Panel facing is fresh air intake. Letters cast in blown terra cotta have 18mm neon tubes and are 3ft deep."
