Description

Much of Carlton House Terrace was designed by John Nash, although number 3 is said to have been built by Decimus Burton. The Bedford Lemere daybook records that the photograph was taken for George Trollope & Sons, builders, decorators and furnishers. The name of Earl Brownlow has also been recorded in the notes column of the daybook.
