Description

The Bedford Lemere daybook records that the architect of this Victorian house was 'T Munday', believed to be an incorrect spelling of Thomas Munday, for whom the photograph was also taken. The name 'Huxley' is painted on a ground floor window. This was Edward Huxley, surgical instrument maker.
