The Bedford Lemere daybook lists the architect as Wilson with the name of 'W Cubitt and Company' who may have carried out work on the house at the time the photograph was taken. The actual architect was in fact T R Knowles. The image was taken for the Lucas Brothers. Kingswood Warren was subsequently used as a technical research station for the BBC.
