Description

The house shown in this image is probably in the Stain Hill Park area of Hampton. This part of Hampton was developed in the late 19th century and a number of smart Victorian villas lined the newly constructed roads. Around the turn of the 20th century many houses in the area were demolished to make way for Stain Hill Reservoirs.
