Description

The site is only identified as 'Whitehall Court' in the daybook as is typical for London locations. The client is given as Vaughan and Brown but Whitehall Court was built in 1884 to the design of Archers and Green. It is possible Vaughan and Brown made the decorative ironwork as the entry in the daybook specifically mentions the 'Stair rail and balusters'
