Description

The Westminster Sessions House was substantially altered in 1892-1893 for Middlesex County Council. The building was remodelled to designs by F H Pownall, and building work was carried out by the builders Higgs and Hill. The image was taken just subsequent to these works. In 1912-1913 the building was replaced with Middlesex Guildhall.
