Description

The building was erected between 1886-1888 and was designed for the Meistersingers Club by architects Davis & Emanuel. In 1894 the Royal Societies Club took over the building and they remained there until 1941. The photograph was taken for the secretary of the Royal Societies Club, D S Poole.
