Description

The architectural firm Read & MacDonald designed this building, and it was built by the builders Stephens & Baston, with interior decor by the furnishers S J Waring & Sons. The hotel was subsequently renamed the Hans Crescent Hotel, and Exeter Street renamed Hans Crescent.
