Description

St John's Foundation School originated as a school for the sons of economically-disadvantaged clergyman, based in St John's Wood, London. The school moved to the site on Epsom Road in Leatherhead in 1872.

The architect is recorded in the Bedford Lemere daybook as R Creese Harrison, and the builders as the Holloway Brothers.
