Description

The Towans, later the Towans Hotel, was designed by the architectural practice of John Burnet and Son. Exterior views of the house taken by Bedford Lemere at the same time (BL16017, BL16017A, BL16017B, BL16017C & BL16017D) are held by The Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland (RCAHM).
