Description

This church, built in 1895, was designed by architect J L Pearson. The photograph was taken for Ismay Imrie & Co., a subsidiary division of Ocean Steam Navigation Company ( White Star Line), to show the tomb of Thomas Ismay, the founder of the shipping company, who had died a year earlier.
