Description

Brettenham Hall probably dates from the 16th century but was extended or rebuilt in the early 19th century and was home to Joseph Bonaparte, ex-king of Naples and Spain and the brother of the first Napoleon. This photograph was taken for the owner in 1901, William Henry Herbert.
