Description

This Anglican parish church was founded before 1086, although nothing visible of the original structure remains. The 15th century spire was renewed in 1776-7 by John Cheshire, and substantial alterations were made to the building between 1879 and 1890 to the designs of Julius Alfred Chatwin.
