Description

This symmetrical terrace of 8 houses (c.1792-98) by Robert and James Adam forms the south side of Fitzroy Square. Part of the terrace was in use as the Alexandra Hotel at the time the photograph was taken, and is now home to the London Foot Hospital. The daybook records that the photograph was taken for Bedford Lemere and Company.
