Description

This office building was designed by architect Paul Hoffman for merchants Anthony Gibbs & Sons and the builders were Howell J Williams for whom the photograph was taken. This section of Bishopsgate Street Within was later rebuilt and is now called Bishopsgate. The image also shows part of the Wesley Centenary Hall on the left and the corner of Lloyds Bank at 39 Threadneedle Street on the far right.
