Description

The Bedford Lemere daybook records that the focus of this image was supposed to be 318 Vauxhall Bridge Road, rather than a general view of the street, but it would have been a difficult building to satisfactorily get in one shot. The photograph was commissioned by an unidentified person or firm called 'Spencer Green'.
