Description

Salaman and Co. Ltd. shared Monkwell House with Hogg & Mitchell, shirt manufacturers who occupied the ground floor of the building. Falcon Square and Monkwell Street were badly damaged by a German raid during the Second World War and the area was completely redeveloped following the war.
