Description

St Pancras station and the adjoining hotel were built in a gothic style to the designs of Sir GG Scott between 1868 and 1874. William Towle is recorded as the client for this photograph. Towle and his family were responsible for running various of the Midland Railway Company hotels including that at St Pancras.
