Description

This new purpose built school was designed by architect Arnold Mitchell in the Edwardian Baroque style. The photograph was taken for H H Martyn & Co who are likely to have been responsible for the elaborate stone carvings. It also shows the niche above the entrance without the statue of King Edward VII which now occupies it.
