Description

This new purpose built school was designed by architect Arnold Mitchell in the Edwardian Baroque style. The photograph was taken for H H Martyn & Co who are likely to have carved the wooden brackets supporting the gallery on the first floor of the hall. This building was later rebuilt after being destroyed by fire in 1978.
